And that's sure what we did with Ethan Laird. Ethan came to us in the off-season with a clear aim to better his injury resilience in preparation for pre-season at Manchester United.
As an already high-level athlete, his physical qualities upon initial testing were certainly impressive. However, as with all of our clients, maximising strengths as well as minimising weaknesses is always key, as your strengths are often what set you aside from the rest!
See below a few of the tests that helped Ethan improve his power score by 19% in just a 4 week period of off-season!
Ethan also dialled in a KPI record 10.5 ms max sprint speed in one of his final off-season field sessions with us, which is still yet to be beaten!
