I’ve made big strides not just the obvious stuff but you need to know rehab the injury, but I feel like I’m coming back in a lot better shape in all aspects as a better athlete to be honest.
KPI has helped me massively, it’s attention to detail to help me be at my peak physically is elite, while also making every session enjoyable and educational
KPI for me has not only made me feel better physically but also mentally. Going there every week makes me feel really confident in my play at my club on a diffrent level. I’ve gotten more flexible, stronger, faster and better with my feet since being at KPI i recommend people go there if there dedicated on getting better for themselves

Really good. The improvements you get in such a small time as long as you trust and stay consistent is great. I’m now on top of the stat boards which was never really a thing for me so really happy.

I really enjoyed working with Tom during the off season, his knowledge is top class and he is always looking to improve which is a big reason why I worked with him. He was very specific with our work and after thorough examination came up with a great training programme on and off the pitch for me to get me in good shape for the new season and to help get rid of some minor injuries I’d been carrying from the last season. Highly recommend to anyone.
