Chester FC Girls Academy: Consult by KPI

With our already close relationship with Chester Football Club working closely with the men’s first team and members of the youth academy we have built a strong working relationship which has now led us to providing online S&C support the girls academy. We are thrilled to add the Chester girl’s academy to our list ever-growing clients and work with these young athletes from 10 to 14 years old.

Through our state-of-the-art training app and resources, we can provide the girls with a high-level and effective S&C programme which they can do remote with parents and coaches, with education on how programmes and exercises should be completed and information on growth and maturation, how to measure this and how this may affect their bodies and females specifically as they mature and grow into adults.

We will be providing the girls with:

  • Strength programmes (based on age and available through app with demo videos & load monitoring).
  • Exercise cue sheet (to help parent/coaches coach girls through exercises).
  • Service programme (mobility and injury prevention).
  • Female growth & maturation info document.
  • Maturation measuring document.
  • App and programme info pack.

At KPI we always strive to provide our athletes with the highest level of support possible with this ensuring that they will have all the tools to effectively execute the programme remotely over the season, measure progress and keep in top physical condition as they continue to mature and play football. Education is key for players, coaches and parents alike to understand what they’re doing and why they are doing it which will ensure they get the most out of the programme and instil good habits and knowledge that will serve them for years to come.
