Growing up I’ve always been involved and loved sport, especially football and swimming. Despite stopping playing football a good few years ago now, I still wanted to contribute and help a team and athletes succeed. My love for exercise never stopped and I gained a bit of an obsession (to say the least) with the gym, and more recently decided to challenge myself and joined a rugby league side which is up there with one of the best decisions of my life.
I attended Manchester Metropolitan University where I achieved a first-class degree in BSc (Hons) Sports & Exercise Science, alongside this I also completed level 2 and 3 in personal training. I have gained great and valuable real-world experience with Swinton Lions and currently Chester FC.
Now I’m at KPI, I can’t wait to further my learnign and develop as an S&C Coach, and to work with athletes at all different ages helping them to achieve their goals on and off the field.
