Although I’m only new to KPI, what I’ve received so far has been incredible. From an up and down year of picking up some injuries I contacted Tom to give me a hand. Everything has been tailored specifically to what I need to get me performing at my best and I’m sure that’s exactly what will happen working with KPI.
I’ve been training with KPI regularly probably only this year, I think I met Tom about 2 years ago an done a couple sessions then but only regularly went with him an the team this summer as I got a injury in the season which wasn’t great. So in the off season I spoke to Tom got a programme/sessions organised witb him and attacked it all summer and will admit it’s probably most eye opening thing I’ve ever done and will 100% be doing more work with KPI the work they put in is unreal and they built me back up to being fully rehabbed from my injury and fit and strong for the start of pre season so couldn’t be more thankful for them for that!

The thing I liked most about working with Tom was his attention to detail - all the areas I asked him to help me with were addressed extensively and explained very clearly. It was clear to see how all the gym based exercises I did with him could translate to game-related movements/actions.
Really helped with my hamstring rehab and getting me back to full fitness and feeling sharp and ready to go back into pre-season.
